| What is the cancellation policy? |
| When booking a party, a $100 dollar deposit is required by cash or credit card at the time of the reservation. This is the only way your reservation can be secured. The deposit will be applied to your entire package the day of your party. There is a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel two weeks prior to your scheduled party. If you cancel within seven days of your party, your deposit is non-refundable. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover for payment. (NO checks accepted). |

| How many guest can I invite? |
| 25 kids for the Big Bounce Party (including the birthday child) or 15 kids for the Mini Bounce Party (including the birthday child). |

| What if I have more than the guest limit for my party? |
| You will be charged $8.00 per additional child over the 25 limit for the Big Bounce Party or the15 allowed for the Mini Bouncy Party. |

| Can I bring in my own food or drinks? |
| Absolutely! We have refrigeration and freezer space for your cake and ice cream while the party is bouncing. We can, for your convenience have pizza delivered for your party (arrangements need to be made ahead of time). |

| Can I bring my own decorations? |
| Yes. We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins free of charge, however, they are basic, if you would like to bring your own paper products, you certainly may do so. If you wish to take part in decorating the party room, make sure you have two adults to help supervise your group in the Bouncy Room. |

| What time should the guests and the host arrive? |
| Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time to check in and turn in waivers and as a group listen to the staff go over safety rules. The host should arrive 20 minutes early to go meet with the staff working their event. |
