Morning staff will come in and make sure that the inflatable equipment is inflated; checking the equipment for any problems and making sure they are safe to play on; sanitizing the inflatables before anyone plays on them; providing customer service during parties and toddler drop-in times. During parties two employees will be assigned to each room, watching and helping the children, keeping them safe at all times, but at the same time – making sure they are having fun.

The afternoon/evening shift will have the same duties but will also be responsible in shutting everything down at night when closing. They will need to check and prepare all equipment and areas in the bouncy and party rooms for the next morning.
